You can exchange your purchase by returning your original order and requesting a replacement item during the return process. Please note that exchange requests are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed. Therefore, to ensure receipt of your desired new item(s), you may wish to place a new order rather than requesting an exchange during the return process. Because exchanges involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order, you will see two transactions on your credit or debit card statement; you will see a credit for the return of your original purchase and also a charge for your new purchase. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.
Worn or stained shoes are not returnable or exchangeable. If you are going to try on the shoes with a dress we ask that you wear stockings, and only wear them on carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we cannot take them back. When a shoe is defective it is apparent the moment it is taken out of the box and tried on. All items are inspected prior to shipment to insure there are no defects. ANY amount of wear after that becomes the consumers responsibility. Consumers may wish to take up any further grievances directly with the manufacturers of the item.
The box you received the shoes in is the best packing material for returns. Make sure the shoes a snug within the box to make sure there is no damage during the return shipment. Please make sure to cross out the old shipping label on the box before sending merchandise back for return or exchange. City Shoes is not responsible for any damage that might occur during the return shipment. Return your unworn item in its original box within 30 days of purchase. RA# must be clearly marked on shipping box.

CityShoesOnline.com uses USPS & UPS for delivery, whichever will insure the fastest delivery time. USPS is used to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please call for tracking number for your package if you would like one.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from CityShoesOnline.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
